Puutarha- ja hyvinvointifestivaali, joka järjestetään nyt 12. kerran, järjestetään Bad Salzdetfurthin puutarhoissa äitienpäivänä. Yli 70 näytteilleasettajaa eri puolilta Saksaa on paikalla esittelemässä puutarhanhoidon, hyvinvoinnin ja käsityön viimeisimmät trendit ja innovaatiot. 250 vuotta vanhojen valmistujaisten tornien ja puiston viheralueiden välissä on paljon nähtävää.
Puutarha- ja hyvinvointifestivaali on yksi Hildesheimin kauneimmista tapahtumista.
